Ashley Conners

Labor Doula

After witnessing her first home birth eight years ago, Ashley began her journey as a birth doula. It was then that she found the thirst for knowledge and passion to educate and support other women in their birth choices.

Ashley started her training and became certified through CAPPA in 2008.

She is currently re-certifying through ProDoula, recently participated in a mentorship with Colorado Mountain Doulas, trained in serving plus size mothers and a leader for parent blessings. She will also soon be trained and certified as a postpartum doula.

Ashley lives in Colorado Springs with her husband and two children ages 3 and 1. As a military family they like to spend their free time exploring the state and taking advantage of all it has to offer. Ashley is the owner of LKS Doula Services
