Bringing a passion for seeing birth clients achieve the birth they want, Sarah Lund serves by working seamlessly within the birth team to help the client give birth fearlessly and with confidence. 

She brings to each birth her superior communication skills, her belief in education and informed consent, and a calm, soothing demeanor. Sarah's goal is to equip every birthing client with the knowledge that she has what it takes to give birth, in her own way! 

Along with a love for teaching, Sarah has an enthusiasm for empowering parents to become confident in their choices as they navigate labor and birth, and the desire to see parents and babies bond without interruption after birth. With her experience assisting parents with breastfeeding and babywearing, Sarah is prepared to give practical, hands-on help in the days after birth. 

Sarah is a La Leche League leader and is a professional member of ProDoula, CAPPA International, the Colorado Doula Association, the Colorado Springs Birth Network and the Pikes Peak Regional Doula Association. 

Sarah is married with two young children. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking up new recipes, and tending to her backyard chickens. Sarah is the owner of Flora Birth Services LLC. Check out her YouTube plalyist.
